Due to the heath, safety and overall quality of our lip balms we do not accept any returned products other than damaged or defective products. For all other product issues including damaged or defective product please email email@example.com within two calendar days after your initial purchase.
To ensure we handle your issue with the upmost care we require the following information:
• Purchase Invoice
• Packing Slip
• Photos of damaged/defective product
• A brief description of the discrepancy.
Please allow two business days for processing.
You will receive an email regarding the next steps to process return.
If you are shipping an item over consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping fees for returned products are non-refundable.
