PROCESSING/SHIPPING

What is your processing time?

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders received on or after 3 PM PST will be processed the following business day (excluding federal holidays). Please visit our blog page for care after delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Though we would love for you to try our amazing balms we understand circumstances change. You have 24hrs after your initial purchase to cancel your order. Please allow 4-5 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your has been canceled and processed. 

How much is shipping?

 Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate fee of $5. Orders over $35 will ship free. ( For United States orders only). Hawaii & Alaska orders will ship for a flat rate of $7. All international orders will ship according to DHL or UPS standard rates. 

How long after my order is processed will my Lippir Balm ship?

We only ship orders MON-THURS. After your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number. All packages are shipped via USPS only. Please allow 3 to 5 business days (excluding federal holidays) after processing to receive your order. You will receive a tracking number from USPS via email.

Do you ship internationally?

We certainly do! Please be advise that orders shipping internationally will ship according to DHL or UPS shipping standards, rates and guidelines. Lippir Lips is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees. We also have no control over the shipment arrival date.

Are your balms cruelty-free?

Absolutely! Our Lippir Balms are never tested on animals. 

Does lip balm have an expiration date?

We recommend that you use our product within 12 months of purchase.  lastingness please avoid contact with water and storing in overly heated places such as a car.

What's in your Lippir Balms?
